Who would have thought that so many fruits and vegetables could be turned into delicious crispy snacks! When looking for healthy, colorful snacks for midday crunchy cravings, making homemade, oven-baked chips is a wonderful and easy option. Sweet potatoes, beets, kale leaves, apples, bananas, zucchinis… You try it! Slice ‘em up with a mandolin, spiralizer or sharp knife, add your favorite spice such as cinnamon to give it an additional quick, and bake.
