Grow your own sprouts

Ever wondered how to grow sprouts? Simple! Half a tablespoon of sprouting seeds, one large mason jar with a mesh lid, water. It has never been easier to put some life in your meals. Rinse your seeds twice a day and leave the jar upside-down to drain. Repeat for a few days, then be ready to garnish your sandwiches, salads, pasta dishes and so much more with vitamin-packed miniature greens. A pleasure for the eyes and taste buds!
