Having breakfast already waiting for you in the morning makes healthy eating the easy choice! Overnight oats are a delicious and nutritious way to start the day off right and will keep you energized with their hefty dose of dietary fibre. Simply mix together rolled oats, milk, yogurt, fruit and sweetener of choice in a mason jar and refrigerate overnight. Customize yours with tasty add-ins like nuts, ground flaxseed, hemp hearts, and cocoa powder.
