Olymel will have reduced the sodium content of 325 ham, sausage, bacon and delicatessen products, a decrease of 5-35% with no added ingredients. In total, by April 2017, 275 tons of sodium have been withdrawn. Consumers will therefore eat better, with products that are just as pleasant to taste, without having to change their consumption habits.
