This is an intensive culinary training program based on knowledge acquisition and skills development with a view to social integration. The jury saw this project as an ingenious one that presents a great opportunity to reduce social inequalities. It also placed emphasis on the quality of this well-structured project that provides a structured environment for young people and educates them by instilling food autonomy. The youth in the program acquire skills that enable them to make sensible food choices, which has a real impact on improving their condition.
