Pureed veggies can be added to many dishes for extra "hidden" nutrition. This is a great way to add bulk and fibre to your favorite dishes and a sneaky way to get children to eat there vegetables. I have also found that substituting coconut milk for eggs is also a great way of making cakes and or brownies without all of the extra ingredients like eggs and oil.
